Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the date on which you received your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in any original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted namely any item which is not in its original condition, or which is damaged or which has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Should damage to a returned item or the missing parts mean that item is not re-saleable we will be unable to offer a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, at our earliest convenience.
Late or missing refunds
If we agree to refund you and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is also often some processing time before a refund is posted.
